In 2008, the portfolio of receivables of MKF "PRIZMA" Sarajevo in bankruptcy was transferred in accordance with Articles 436 - 443 of the Law on Obligations.
In this way, the company EOS MATRIX d.o.o. for business services Sarajevo became the legal owner/creditor of the portfolio of claims of MKF "PRIZMA" Sarajevo in bankruptcy with the exclusive authority to demand the settlement of all transferred claims.
We hereby kindly instruct you to settle your debts, instead of to the account of MKF "PRIZMA" Sarajevo in bankruptcy, in favor of the new creditor EOS MATRIX d.o.o. for business services Sarajevo, to account number 154 160 200 362 6507, opened at Intesa Sanpaolo banka d.d. BiH
