EOS MATRIX in Bosnia and Herzegovina had the honor of welcoming Petra Scharner-Wolff, CEO of the Otto Group, and Marwin Ramcke, CEO of the EOS Group.
During her first visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Petra Scharner-Wolff expressed her enthusiasm about the progress of EOS MATRIX in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"This is my first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but it won’t be the last. I’m truly impressed with the development of EOS MATRIX in Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially when looking at the variety of investments and results on such a small, but very important market for us. I had the opportunity to visit the 'Vrtovi Sunca' project in Sarajevo, a cozy neighborhood perfectly suitable for family life. I am happy to see that EOS can run projects that are important for the community, and I believe this is just one of the many projects which prove that EOS can be successful in the real estate segment—just as they are in secured receivables portfolio purchases," said Scharner-Wolff.
Marwin Ramcke, CEO of the EOS Group, emphasized the strategic importance of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Eastern European region.
"EOS in Bosnia and Herzegovina has taken a significant step forward in establishing a strong position in the secured business. In addition to our work with real estate and secured receivables portfolio purchases, we see great potential for expanding services in the local market. Our plans are ambitious, with investments set for substantial growth during the 2025/2026 business year," said Ramcke.
Petar Mrkonjić, Managing Director of EOS MATRIX in Bosnia and Herzegovina, expressed his gratitude to Petra Scharner-Wolff and Marwin Ramcke for their visit and the honor of their presence.
"This was a unique opportunity to showcase our achievements, our vision, and our development strategy. I believe this visit represents another excellent exchange of ideas, insights, and future plans for growing our business in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will continue to maintain our market leadership with a winning team," Mrkonjić emphasized.
The delegation from the Otto Group and EOS Group also had the opportunity to explore the historic Old Town of Sarajevo and learn about the city's rich heritage.
