How do customers benefit from this? They only have to send cases to one location. Receivables management may be globally active, but it’s centrally controlled: with the push of a button on the EOS Global Collection platform, the EOS foreign subsidiary in Slovakia distributes all assignments from Hertz to the EOS subsidiaries and partners, which then collect the receivables locally in the local currencies.

“Thanks to our IT know-how and the automated interface to the EOS Global Collection platform, it is easy for us to process thousands of international debt collection cases,” says Slavomír Salát, Sales Director EOS KSI in Slovakia: “Through the cooperation, we were able to test our capacities and optimize some of our processes. The cooperation is continuously improving and success rates are increasing every month.”

EOS has already obtained payments from more than 80 countries.
Given the number of cases, an overview is more than helpful: Since the cooperation began two years ago, EOS has been able to obtain payments for Hertz from more than 80 countries. A total of 39,000 cases with a total value of ten million euros were processed by EOS.
